Any good NorCal hangouts for Fri/Sat nights? Hi all,
I can't seem to find much of a street scene anymore in the Bay Area. I have no interest in hanging out with the sideshow/ricer crowd
I've checked In and Out at Capitol and Tully in San Jose, but it's a mixed bag of rice and crotch rockets (bikes).
Where's a spot to meet some more serious people and see their cars?

well for the most part that use to be the place to be at, untill cops started hating and people started doing dumb **** like donuts.. right now its still kinda raining so not a lot of people go to races but as soon as it clears up I'm pretty sure you'll start seeing nice cars there more often. in the mean while weve been going to private runs out of san jose or over by campbell during the week.. it seems like more people go out during the week now, dunno why but yeah.

thers some places that still go one obvioulsy b/c rain noones out but during good days there are some nice cars out there u can usually find fast Gms out there and some other crews......once and a while there are private runs at some good plaes that have not been blown up yet...

Does anyone ever go to Happydays any more? I know its was more for the older cars though. I havnt been up in the Bay area in 4yrs.

I heard the Happy Days restaurant had a fire a few years ago and never was the same. No details though, and I haven't driven near there for a while.
That was a cool scene - nice cars, good assortment, different mix of people, kids around, good food. Hard to find a consistent scene like that on any weekday night.

Anyhow, so my buddies are telling me to go to Weds Night Drags next week. Anyone plannin to go ? Delta Tell me if you're goin since you've been lookin for somethin to do. That way I meet more buddies from the Forums and see more Fbodys. See ya guys there.

If any of you are near Concord, Tower records on willow pass rd is the spot on friday and saturday. Lots of muscle usually. Me and my boys (thirdgens, LT1s one LS1) roll out there. Lots of rice to mess with and lots of nice cars. Usually.
