2008 Camaro!!!!
Just went in to Krogers today for lunch, decided to walk by the magazine aisle to see what's new on the cover of Motor Trend. Future Shock is here, Camaro 2008..............I looked at Road & Track, there also on the cover was the reborn Camaro. This may be old news, but it seems like the concept and rumers of production may finaly be put to an end. I'm just excited about this. Time to start saving money for the next car.

I'll take a new Camaro - in dark blue 2008-2009

I've known about the concept since it's been out, didn't think GM would actually give it the O.K. this soon to actually build it in a couple of years.

I met with Scott Settlemire this past Thursday, and all I can say is... screw Dodge and thier Challanger. When the Camaro comes out, the Challanger is going to run like a scared dog with its tail between its legs.
Everyone here criticizing GM about the Camaro concept, just wait until they release what the production one is going to look like.
You also have to understand what the concept Camaro is... a CONCEPT. It is just to hint at what may make it to the production and overexhagerate the lines, to make a visual statement. All of you here that are going to buy a Challanger are going to hate yourself for it when you starte seeing the Camaro on the road and know what is under the hood and that it will smoke a Challanger.

To each his own. If they made it look more like the actual 1st gen it would defininitely be in my garage. This square edge bs that gm is pushing is just not my cup of tea though. In typical gm fashion though it will definitely be fast and have a very upgrade friendly powertrain. Just saying their styling lacks in my opinion. Yes, I realize it is a concept but a concept should very closely resemble the finished product.

I'm just glad they are considering "some kind" of new Camaro, I'm mixed on the concept design, like the square guage interior setup, love the LS2 they are considering, the body still needs some refining, the fat caddilac nose doesn't have the sleek appearance I've seen in older concepts. But I bet they'll come out with a great final product. The GTO is boring, the Charger was a joke, the new GT, blah just ok, the new Cobra is flat out sexy as hell, the new Challenger they did well in the retro department.
Now I'm real curious to see this concept (2007 Buick Regal Grand National GNX)
