Looks awesome. I'm getting a set of those valve covers for the built motor thats going in my 67. Did you order those powder coated like that or did you paint them? I would like to get a chevrolet orange set for my motor.

Thanks guys for the commnets... The valve covers, I used a self etching primer, two coats of dupli color engine enamel, wet sanded the chevorlet on the top and then, dupli color engine enamel clear!!! These pictures do not do these valve covers justice...

Thats awesome! You'll have to post some full pics of the entire car and stuff. Can't wait to get my new setup in place, running and dressed up.

speaking of not sleeping, last night I helped my buddy install his fully built 355, ported heads, etc on his 96Z28, feels good to be tooling again after 14 months of mine being down, can't wait to actually be driving it again in hopefully 4 more weeks.

The necessary to pull the dash to get that HVAC on the pass off? Want to keep the heater but that's it.

Looks good what you did too.

That's a gorgeous setup. Almost makes it too hard to close the hood and actually get in the car and drive it, lol. I'm noticing that on your intake, the vaccuum ports are blue. It's hard to tell, but are they blocked off? If so, how are you running your peripherals?
