At least a T-76 or bigger for that 427. More likely a T-88 but I haven't seen one for a rear mount that big. Front mount guy's using a 402 and bigger, really need a T-88. So, I'm not sure that a T-70 would work at all for that large Cube motor.
I would look into atleast 1 A1000 or bigger. I['m thinking about using 2 A-1000's and boost referancing the 2nd one to help keep the rails filled. 1 A-100 will runout of steam trying to keep up with your Turbo and Motor combo.

I wish i can put on a t-88 that would be a first a t-76 will put me in the area for hp that i want but i have a m6 and will have a hard time spooling it up with a 2step iguess But help me out ok I have read that the more exhaust flow will spool a turbo faster right ok 1 7/8 headers are bigger so they should aid in spooling the turbo faster right?? So this is my thoughts if i put the best flowing biggest intake and heads on top of that motor with the cam i have plus the headers with a full 3 inch exhaust all the way back i should be able to leave the line with atleast 4 psi with the 2 step set at 6,500 rpm??? and the other reason i was looking at a T-70 is because it wont take that much to spool with the cubes i have If i totally off please some body rescue me

Tim, I will have results from a different set up soon. A built 370, huge heads and IMO too much cam using a t-76. We even wrapped the exhaust from collectors to turbo. Car still has the 4l60 in it for now. We had to go TH-400 on Christians, but are going to stick with the 70 for now.

I wouldn't go with the 90\90 intake and tb...I would look into a carbed intake and elbow...It has a more even distribution of the air and you can get it much cheaper than that stuff...Plus, I second the 3.42 gears...For the money that you're spending on the headers and turbo you could probably go with the GMR or Hi Flo and be done with it...I would maybe think of doing that unless you're just dead set on this thing being a STS...You have to figure a STS will run you atleast $4,000 and then the headers will be somewhere around $850...So that's $4850 that you could spend on the GMR or Hi Flo (whenever they ship them out) kits...

Tim, this JMO, but I wouldnt go with the AFRs or the FAST. I would do a good set of #317 heads with some mild work and a good radiused valve job with a good set of springs. I would do the T-76 and wrap the exhaust. I would use a gear around 3:50 depending on what diff you went with.
You also need a 2 step and some suspension upgrades.

Billy, seems about on par for what he's going for. I'm worried about the Turbo running out of steam on the top end. For a motor this big, the T-76 Might not be enough, but I guess we'll all see. I'm not sure a T-88 will work out back yet.
Heads; LQ9's would work out fine, but the Dart 225's would be what I'd look at for around the same price. They are starting to look like a HELL of a bargin. Check out TSP's pricing. They also have a thicker deck which is what's desired for boosted applications. Less chance of pushing water and lifting the deck.
Intake. I'll forward what info I have on carb style intake to you Tim. I'd would put the money there instead of into the FAST 90/90. The carb style distributes the airflow better then the stock-style intakes. That helps out alot when dealing with the lean conditions that our motors face on the #7 and #8 pistons. I'll also get you info on the elboes that work on our cars.
Tim. Are you with 4ID? Out here? If so, Where at? I'm sitting in Div Main. Would be cool as hell if you are in the area.

Hey Tim. I'll look into starting a thread about exhaust and the STS in the advanced area. A 427 would really want a set of 1 7/8" stepped to 2" for NA application, but yours is definitly different. I'm not which way to go. I know scavenging is an important aspect of making power in the exhaust in an NA app. For a Turbo set-up, I'm not all that familiar with the intricacies on whether or not it has any relationship.
Wrapping the exhuast is a GREAT idea. You need to hold in as much heat as possible to maintain the velocity.
I've also had a throught on what effect tappering the exhaust down along the run will have on keeping the exhaust velocity up. (i.e. Stepping from a 3.5" pipe down to a 3" in your case to the turbo)
A thread on exhaus gas: turbo'shttps://ls1tech.com/forums/showthread.php?t=450990&highlight=sts
And the one I created:
