for the power your car is making a lightweight flywheel is fine. Your car will rev faster and gain a few horses do to a lighter rotational mass. Chalk it up as every little bit counts.
my rule of thumb is:
drag racing+huge hp= steel flywheel
autocross or dailydriver=aluminum flywheel

I have the Exedy hyper single, it comes with the fidanza alum. flywheel. Personally for all around use it's nice. It feels like the car is lighter because it revs alot faster.
The only thing I noticed is, do to less rotational mass, if I sidestep it in second gear, I really have to rev it up more to spin the tires. Where as before (stock flywheel) i'd just tap the clutch and the rear would get sideways.
(This is all before H/C )
It's a good choice!
As far as the clutch.... I don't know.
