Never heard of them. They look similar to SLP cats.

I considered getting those when I was looking for cats about a week ago. I just decided to get magnaflows. I got mine from ebay for $100 shipped for 2.

They might be good, they certainly look nice. But the problem is a hi-flow cat for a small engine is generally a poor flowing cat for a large engine.

David Vizard states that for efficent flow you need 2.2cfm per 1hp (on a V8 half the result as you run one cat per cylinder bank).

Magnaflow Carsound cats are very good anf I believe flow in the 430'ish cfm range. Matal Matrix ones like Random Tech 7000 Series or the new forthcoming Maganflow ones flow around 550+cfm.

If you can find the flow rate out for them, then it should answer your question.

They appear to be the same or similar cat on the left and it shows the flow rate. The ebay listing could have stolen the pic but I dunno.

Remember this is only MY opinion

But according to the numbers, they flow well enough for a STOCK LS1 and would be ok with a lid and catback. Much more than that and I think they would become a restriction, but probably not by much, so a full bolt on car would be fine with them, if you plan on a cam then I'd look else where as I feel the potential restriction is just a little too high for my liking.

If you could buy Magnaflow cats for only a bit more money I'd go with them, as they will really be fine on a full bolt on motor. On a cammed car they will be a restriction but I really don't know by much, my guess would be anywhere from 5-20bhp but probably nearer the lower end of the scale based on info I've seen. But certainly they would be the better alternative.
