If you're talking about the WOT setting, that
should be tuned in based on either O2 (looking
for maybe 12.5 AFR) or HP / times. The negative
LTFT means WOT is going to use a zero correction
and you "should" be a little rich as the 8% fuel
subtraction won't be done, but that's 8% to make
14.7 AFR, which if you took out the 8% leaning
term would only put you to 13.5:1 AFR, short of
peak HP & peak torque points. You could end up
wanting somewhere between +5% and +10% more
fuel (I calculate 8%) to hit the best HP mix.
