I say the intake. I don't think you'll notice too much out of the pullies until after a cam swap.

Both are great mods. I gained 10 rwhp with the pullies and 0.15 secs at the track. The pullies will be cheaper so, it is up to you. With the LS6 Intake, you will need the intake, coolant tubes and tuning. The tuning is for the EGR that you won't be using anymore. Also, with the increased airflow the fueling and spark could be further optimized. The pullies work great on a stock car.

Intake. You can get a used one on the boards for $300 shiped. I just sold mine for that locally. You need a front coolant line & rear block off plugs ($30) You will also need block off plates for the EGR on the exhaust manifold ($40 w/ air block offs too, ebay) You can do the intake yourself in a day. an hour if you are good.

The crank pully is a bitch to remove.

Intake. I put one on mine after I had the cam in for about 2weeks and it made a difference over the stock LS1. If you start modding, you'll need the airflow...
