I GOT it! 10.970 @ 126.20
After having issues with the valve train or the tune and not being able to nail it down, I just pull 6 degrees of timing down to 21 to 22 @ WOT and went racing.
1st pass
1.525 60’s then could not get it into second gear.
2nd pass
1.515 60’s and again could not get it into second gear.
3rd pass
1.532 60’s and granny shifted second and ran it out to 11.029 @125.69
Last pass
1.534 60’s and slow shifted second and ran 10.970 @ 126.20
That felt good to get my Convertible car into the 10 on stock bottom end with no power adder.
Now I can work on figuring out what is going on.
Thanks for all the help last night,
Bill

That was an awesome night!

Got it on the dyno for just a few pulls and run out of time to make any progress.
HP is climbing strong approaching 6300 then rolls over quickly and pecks at 467 @ 6500 then drop 10 to 15 hp then recovers back to 460 by 7000.
Also, at the same time on my LM1 Wide Band the AFR goes from a flat 13.0 to a squiggly line @ 6500 then flatten out at 7000 where the power recovers.
I have been doing most of the tuning on the street and only a few times have I ever seen the AFR do that, but when it has done that the car has always felt a little soft.
I was thinking it maybe valve float or harmonics, not sure if it is the springs or the stock lifter. The springs are Comp 977 155lbs on the seat, and 419 @ 600.
No sign of knock, but when I removed 6 degrees of timing on the street yesterday, the wide band line seamed to flatten out. I will need a little more time to play with it to determine if it is the tune or something mechanical.

Congrats bro, that's awesome, I wanted to be there so bad, but didn't get back home from droppin the Z off at the chassis shop till 7:30, so by the time I would've gotten up there it would've been pointless, but that is movin dude!

That’s fun racing when we are so close, especially when we are leaving the line together like we were.
