I had a dealer pop one of the bellhousing guidepins into the bellhousing when they were re-installing the transmission. I noticed that when I would break hard I'd hear a loud rattling sound almost like a empty soda can trapped in the fan.
Well car went back in the air and there was a quarter size hole in the bellhousing.
Needless to say, I got a new clutch, bellhousing and hydraulics out of that.
