Good times at Mission, BC last night
They just redid the first 1/8 mile of track. It was opening day for them. There was no VHT (naked concrete) down so that made things interesting, but everybody I went with had a good time. Here is me on my way to LOW 13s!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I really like this track and I plan on going back in a few weeks after they get it prepped correctly.

Mission is *BY FAR* the best track within a day's drive of the area. So far, I have almost a 50/50 record of breaking rear ends at that track. That's where I ran my first 9.

Mission was already supposed to be the best hooking track in the area. And now they replaced the 1/2 track? More reason to go check it out....especially if you ran a low 13 Eric. Damn, that's fast for a Mustang!

I took my passport, military ID and birth certificate and still got searched. I think they were annoyed at Nate and I shaking the building they were in sitting there idling. The guy who searched my car was cool as hell and asked me how fast my car was. True to form I smiled and said, "It's pretty fuggin fast." He opened the hood and looked at me wide eyed and replied, "No ****, eh!?"

I do need to get a passport. I have never been to Mission and its alot closer to me than any other track. One reason I never went was I was so far from legal safety-wise. Im in good shape on that now. I know a few guys at MPS and they love the place. Would be alot of fun to go racin with them.

When I first got my WS6 I put a lid on it, went to mission for my first drag run ( in a car ) of my life, and ran a 13.14 @ 111.6 mph on my only run. I swear they've got Texas air up there

Its like 15 feet above sea level.
Most of my drag racing experience is at Mission, however my best times are at Bremerton. Probably because I got a total of 4 passes on my drag radials there.
