Default New best w/TR230, Pro Shifted

My setup is lid, ported MAF, NW/FAST90, TR230 cam, ASP pulley, Hooker LTs, shortbelt, cutouts, Strange 12 bolt w/4.11, 275/50-15 BFG drag radials. My prior best was 11.34@123.4 on a 1.69 @ 3500lbs. Only change for the new best was the Liberty Pro-Shifted T56 and RAM VDS clutch.

New best (right lane):

http://i34.photobucket.com/albums/d1...newbest001.jpg

For those that don't want to click 11.27 @122.0 on a 1.63

I also ran a 11.34 @ 122.8 on a 1.74.

Ok, excuse time I normally run my car on almost E, I had a half tank for these runs. Also, I am shifting so much faster with this tranny that I shift a soon as my shiftlight blinks. With my other tranny I would wait just a hair before I would shift because I knew the shift would be longer. I think I lost a little mph because of this, so I definitely need to reset my shift points for the Liberty. Also, my previous best was @ neg. 800 DA, this one was @ 73ft. I know most of you guys would kill for that. So, hopefully the tires for my skinnies will be here tomorrow and I will be able to get back to the track on Friday. I need to play with tire pressure and such, I couldn't get a clean launch without spinning. My ultimate goal is 10s on stock heads with this cam, but I only have a week before I start tearing it apart for the heads. Thanks for reading!

Raceweight is in the original post, actually I was a bit heavier on this run due to the extra half tank of fuel, maybe another 35lbs AS for the Liberty, it's the cats *** on the track or racing. A bit of a pain in the cat's *** driving around. No downshifting. I sart off in second and go directly to 5th which is synchronized and I try to leave it there at all costs. You don't realize how much you downshift in the course of a simple cruise until you have to come to a complete stop to do it I would not recommend it for the street if it is your primary vehicle. BTW, looks like rain this weekend so my last chance is probably going to be next Wednesday...but the skinnies came in!

That is some great times for that cam. You really have that thing dialed in. Now just cut some 1.5X's or better and really haul. I can only hope and pray for those numbers cam only.

Did you notice a difference with the short belt? What pulley do you have? I may try the short belt again. I ran one before the pulley and threw the belt first pass. I felt a difference before it went but that was with stock pulley. I wonder if it makes a difference with underdrive pulley.

I did the short belt and cutouts at the same time and picked up ~2.5mph, ASP pulley.

I broke tonight so that's it for the cam only effort Thanks for the kind words guys.
