Fuddle 3600 2.2, B&M cooler, Wait4Me MOT, and 160* installed
All I can say is Holy Bajezus! The install I did almost completely by myself. I had help when lowering the transmission, and when raising it. Also with the converter bolts, that's about it. Took me three evenings to do. I made the cooler an independent system. And almost everything went perfect, I had to "Modify" one of the converter bolts and use a chisel to get it out, such is modifying. I kept the stock pan for ground clearance reasons, I'll continue to look into a stock truck pan and get it tapped for a temp gauge, and drain plug. Car drives like a dream. I would have thought the 3600 to be a lot more loose than it is. Only took me about 8 lights to figure out how to make it sound normal when taking off from a light, rpms never got over 2100 all the way up to 50 mph and the car still moves at most places when I release the brake pedal. But I brake stalled it to 3000 and matted the gas on a private test track, lol. I'll go back today to see the 150 ft black marks. I can't wait to get it to the track Sat, I hope to God it don't rain. I got on it on the interstate and the shift extension was 5000 rpms and shifts at 6100. It's a beautiful thing.
