Default HVAC controls/dash vent problems

so no matter what setting i put it on (defrost, feet, bi-level, dash) it always blows out on Bi level, (defroster and feet) and i need it to blow out the dash vents but it wont, anyone have any idea what it could be? HVAC controls? or could it be clogged up somewhere. im probably the only person to have this problem too

Do you have a vac leak? That panel is run off of vaccum. Did you remove it, mess near it, you could have thrown a line off of it.

Like said above, have you messed around near the back of the intake manifold? The vacuum line that controls the HVAC controls hooks up behind the MAP sensor behind the intake manifold. Make sure its plugged in, also trace the line back and make sure its not cracked or damaged in anyway. It goes into the HVAC box by the PCM/firewall. Small little plastic vacuum line.

the vacume lines run under the dash on passenger side, if that lower cover isn't on, they can be exposed to your passengers feet to get caught on, cut, etc...
