TCI SF3000 track results
I installed a TCI SF 3000 with no other changes went back to the track. Best E.T was 12.644 @ 107.08 with a 1.818 60'. Previous best was 13.16 @ 105.25 with a 2.029 60'.
The car is a 2002 Z28 mods on the car are FTRA, Lid, 3.42 gears (stock was 2.73), Nitto DR's, and now a 3000 TCI street fighter converter. Everything else is stock, this is with completely stock exhaust, manifolds, cats, and non SS cat back.
The before and after runs were nearly identical weather conditions with no other mods. So the new converter dropped the times a solid half a second, thumbs up for the converter.

Sorry about that I lied. Actually the results were better than I thought. I just grabbed the old timeslip and entered it on the calculator I wrote. Pick a dragstrip, enter the date and time, and the et, mph. The calc goes out and grabs the weather from the closest airport, calcs the DA, and corrects the timeslip for you. (Usually you can go back and correct timeslips up to 10 years old.)
So comparing corrected times the converter gained 0.527 seconds and 1.865 mph.

Code:
With Converter The closest weather results for 04/08/2006 at 02:33 pm Time recorded 2:55 PM Temperature °F 42.8 Dew Point °F 21.2 Altimeter Setting 29.80 in Mercury Density Altitude: -779 feet Track Elelvation: 90 feet UnCorrected ET: 12.644 (sec) @ 107.08 (MPH) Corrected ET to Sea Level: 12.747 (sec) @ 106.183 (MPH)

Without Converter The closest weather results for 10/27/2004 at 08:39 pm Time recorded 8:55 PM Temperature °F 48.2 Dew Point °F 37.4 Altimeter Setting 30.20 in Mercury Density Altitude: -823.7 feet Track Elelvation: 90 feet UnCorrected ET: 13.160 (sec) @ 105.25 (MPH) Corrected ET to Sea Level: 13.274 (sec) @ 104.318 (MPH)

Smokemup, good times. Converter gave you a lot of bang for your buck! What are you leaving at? I assume you're foot braking, are you using something like a two step to set a launch RPM or are you just going up on it as hard as you can without car moving through lights?
