Horsepower gains aside, I thought auto's were actually better for drag racing; this would lower e.t.'s?

I lost 40 rwhp when going to an auto (unlocked) from M6.
You have a pretty tight verter their so, maybe 25 from that and 10 more from auto loss to m6 (this is assuming your unlocked on the dyno already). A few years back someone dynoed their car at 470ish manual and like 450 with locked verter. I only lost 10ish going from manual to locked auto then 30 more for the unlocked verter.

It would be an interesting test to see what numbers you get with locked vs. a manual! Give a post after!!!!!

I also own a 2002 WS6 M6 besides the 02 SS,got them almost the same time back in 02.The WS6 was always faster all the time by like .3,I know I shouldnt expect that but I think Im a good driver, so going manually would probably net me at least a couple of tenths.I hope

I wouldn't count on it, but I do think you can gain a few mph
