FINALLY in the 9's........9.95 WITH VIDEO !!!!EDIT!!! MORE VIDEO ON PAGE 2 :)
Me and my brother Tim went to gateway in stl the other night and my long streak of 10.00's are over. For those of you that dont know I have a 1968 firebird all motor 357 cubic inch Jerico 4-speed car. Its all steal even the hood and has full stock interior. I have been trying to get it there for a couple of years now and a few nights ago it happened. Maybe someone could post a few pics up since im an idiot when it comes to that crap.
First pass off the trailer of coarse ran a 10.00
Then the next three passes were 9.95's
60' 1.34
1/8 6.32 @ 109
1/4 9.95 @ 135.5 And I parked it
Heres a small video

The car and engine is really very simple. Clutch is a single disc ram nothing special, and its a jerico (non-clutchless) tranny. It had 5.14 rear gears. The engine was a 355 cubic inch for years and I need to go to a .040 pistons because of the wear its taken so that why its a 357 ci now. Its a stock 350 block with stock gm steal crank (3.48 stroke) eagle rods, je pistons with around 14:6:1 compression, afr heads out of the box. Hogan sheet metal intake with a split dominator. Comp cam, that I belive is 282-286 640-640 lift, its been along time Id have to get the cam card out to check. Car weighs about 3400 with me in it, but I havnt weighed it in a while
