Default SD tune what would cause this?

I've got everthing set to sd tune. With the MAF removed the car will not run past idle. It will idle and thats all. Why?

I transfered everthing over it took about 20 mins. I did notice that the firing order is different for 99 to 01. Which would I use? I'm using Hp tuners.

Open up a 99 bin file and a 01 and look at the firing order in engine diagnostics general.

your dianostic codes are setup as active & to not report an error so your basically telling the computer "yeah everythings just fine...maf is on and working well" when in reality the maf isnt even on the car...thats probably your problem...turn off the ses for the maf code and you should be ok.
