Default Dynomax mufflers @ end of headers (!catback)

I am going to be getting my SLP LTs installed and am wanting install Dynomax bullet mufflers (or something similar) to the headers to delete my catback entirely. This should save around 50lbs or so.

My question is this: Do I need to hook the ORY up to the headers and then put the muffler at the end of the y-pipe, or can I put the mufflers directly onto the headers?

Are Dynomax Bullets the ones people usually use when deleting their catbacks? If not, what are some others that would work well with this setup?
This wouldn't be power robbing would it?

You could put the bullets right on the end of the headers (might have to flaten the bullet and chassis alittle on the drivers side). But it will kill your ground clearance, which I understand isn't very good with the SLP headers to start with. I would keep the y-pipe and just put a bullet on the end of it.

Well I already have the ORY and if I did it that way I'd only have to buy 1 bullet muffler. How much do they run? If they aren't to expensive I might have to get the 2 on the headers and risk grounding them out-that ORY is heavy!

Without some kind of Y or X you're going to loose quite a bit of low end torque. Not to mention it's going to be really loud. Of course if you're not driving on the street, those things don't really matter.

SVT THIS has a 4,000 stall and i have a 5,100 stall. We have all the low end torque we need.
Mine is my only car and i street drive it 90+ miles a day. its not as loud as you think. unless i floor the "loud" pedal.

I love the loud pedal. Haha my low end is halfway up the RPM gauge.

I have pacesetter LTs, a TSP ory, and a single 12" dynomax bullet on the end of it and I looooooove it. Lost ~45lbs worth of magnaflow, and that terrible rasp on decel.

I decided on keeping the Y for a little back pressure, and figured another bullet would be almost as heavy as the ory.
