maybe it is just me but I don't know how they could take the nameplate off a badass car and put it on a family hauler. At least dodge pulled their heads out when it cam to the challenger. That is going to be a nice dodge car just my 2 cents but congrats on the car great color. have fun and happy modding

As for the original topic. I really like that color on the new Chargers. And it looks like that one got a Hemi.

Everyone likes to forget how much the big 3 have run names into the ground into the past. The Charger has more muscle car heritage than most of them and i actually like it.

Yeah, I'm really impressed with this car! Nice looking, lots of power, and still tons of room for the family...plus all kinds of cool tech inside (nav system, dvd player for backseat..etc). The 18" wheels look good on it too. I think their design dept. just did a great job on it.

Yeah i like them. They are a really solid car and handles pretty well too for a sedan. And with the V8 with MDS you cant beat it. 340HP and still get 23-25mpg for that size of a car. I like them and the SRT8 is just badass. Tint the windows and it will look killer man. I saw one that color the other day with tinted windows and it really set that color off. Congrats on the purchase, its a great car for your wife, especially with the 5 start crash test rating.

I can understand the argument about 4 doors...or thinking it shouldn't be called a Charger (she would have bought it no matter what they called it). It's still an awesome car, and they'll sell a ton of them. The pics don't really do it justice. Probably wouldn't have been a bad idea to offer 2 styles (shorted with 2 doors, and the current 4-door)...but oh well. One big benefit is the insurance is pretty cheap on it, even though it has a powerful motor. It's about $30 a month cheaper than my '02 Trans Am!
We plan on tinting the windows soon, as well as ordering another R/T emblem (to match the one on its trunk) and adding it to the lower right grill, and adding a spoiler like the ones on the Daytona's...but painting it to match the car.

I'm not concerned with the 4 doors on it, just the body shape having 4 doors gives it. the magnum, charger and 300c are all the exact same, its like the cavalier, sunfire, grand am, alero etc. all over again just with a different company.
Although that threesome hauls *** and with the challenger coming out I suppose they will be set in the speed departments. Nice car and awesome color.

awesome ride, and i love the look of the srt8 package! they look clean, but to use the name "charger" on a car like that was just wrong, should have called it something else... imagine GM making a camaro in the future.. that is four door!!!!! how many of us would be outraged?????

3rd pic looks fake.....nice looking car though. I dont think it is anything like the old charger or even should have been given the name but nonetheless a badass car that is decently practical. Good buy
