If you are high compression then nitrous works well. You won't get much out of a turbo or super unless you can go into engine forge it up and lower compression.

I vote for spray.

How much money do you want to spend?

For forced induction plan to spend a good 7k on just FI stuff, then if you want to run any real amount of boost at a minimum you will need new rods, pistons, rings and the cost of putting your new short block together, so there goes another 3k.

I would probably recomend nitrous unless you are seriously ready to drop 10k, for a full blown N2O setup you will be into it 2k including doing fuel system stuff.

Also consider no matter which route you go, the stock rods and pistons have been known to have problems past 600-700hp

With tuning and fuel I've heard 150 is a good place to be, but you must get proper fuel and other tuning done or you will blow something up at some point.

I would recomend posting in the Nitrous forum and asking them what would be best, I've only owned one nitrous kit and did not really get into it that much.
