Any Houston LS1 owners also own a bike? I already found a couple bike forums in Houston and I know this might get a lot of replies here, but I just got me a little crotch-rocket (Yamaha R6) and I was wondering if any of ya'll fellow LS1 owners out there get together and ride.
It's a lot of fun, but dang this is really starting to get expensive, now I'm dropping money into two hobbies........ everything I own I have to customize.

LOL yep, just bought a 06 R6 raven. I have intutive frame sliders, shogun bar ends/spools. Just ordered shift slider and clutch slider. I have a yamaha leather jacket, Icon pants, teknic boots. I also have fender eliminator kit and flushies on the bike.
Hmm a lot left to do, going to get a dampner soon, probably GPR. The a puig double bubble windscreen, new brake lines, rotors, ect ect.
Ya ever time I look around there is something that I want to add. O well the addiction of modding the bike will be a lot cheaper than the V.
Heck now I am thinking of getting rid of the V, and just buying a truck, to haul the bike in and buy a boat. Next to go with that will be a lake house LOL.

LOL ya love the car, but the bike is great. Very cheap and fast to boot.
As for sides of town, hmm well 290/1960. I actually have been working out of town, in Wi. So bought the bike here and ride it here. The car just sits for months on end till I fly down for a week or weekend.
I will be transporting the bike home come aug or sept for sure, so I can ride it when I am there.
But I am seriously considering getting a boat and truck and a lake house. Been looking a lot into this here lately.
