Thanks guys, I already have all three of your guys pics saved from the last search I did. Is the intercooler still efficient with the such little space we have to cut out of our bumper covers vs. the LS1 cars??

Wicked a little off topic but aren't you running the 224/236 3100 Lobe cam (the high lift) If what valvetrain setup are you running with it. I am going to do a 224/230 .605 1.6RR .592 1.52RR. Thinking about running the 918 Beehives and just shimming them some, OEM replacement Lifters, Etc.

Another question I have is how often do you change Valvesprings with the .600+ lift. Thanks

Check your PM I have sent you my collection of FMIC pics.

Ive been thinking of a core along the lines of one of the Procharger single setups for LT1's. But larger, depending on room of course.
Mount it up in front of the radiator, and duct the cooling air in from the bottom like the radiator is setup factory.

Then I dont know, maybe fabricate the ducting to channel the cooling air thru the IC and to the radiator.
Im gonna have the front of my car apart this weekend, so I'll take some measurements and see what will fit. And hopefully get a better idea of how to get air to both the intercooler and the radiator.

thats good , I plan to put it in front , right in the radiator opening, the only problem I see , it suppose to be really small intercooler - 24x6x3, could be longer , but we are talking custom.
still larger than ati,..

T/A kid,
Thanks for that link, those pics conjure up all kinds of ideas!

iGoRa,
Yeah, in front of the radiator for sure... Do you have A/C?
The way Im seeing it, I think I can get something bigger than that in there.
Especially if its tilted... I'll hopefully get some really good ideas going this weekend. If not, I might just have to spray some meth or a 50shot to cool the air going through my twins.
