probably a new oil filter, unless you are smart and take it off before trying to shove the header up into the bay. I wasnt so smart lol
And watch out for the coolant temp sensor as you are putting the driver side header in, i knocked that thing right off.
You dont necessarily need new o2's unless yours are really crap.

Mine's a green camaro.. LTs going in tommorow
I'm not going to do plugs and wires right now. She only has 55k. After the headers the plugs are alot easier to get to anyway. All I'm waiting on are my O2 simms.

my headers werent coated but still burned out my 02's from the black paint burning off. just words for thought. But yea leaving the old ones on for a couple of weeks then changing them will save you some $$$ and time of replacing them twice.

i was all smart and prepped mine nicely, removed the ECT, oil filter, steering neck, drivers side slid in nice from below. Then passenger side fell right in from the top but OOPS i broke the knock sensor haha.
Removal of stock exhaust/parts needed for access took roughly an hour, installing headers took 2 seconds, then threading the bolt.... **** THAT!!!
I spend hours trying to get those damn bolts to thread. then you think they thread so you put the socket on and BOOM it falls to the ground.
My advice for plug removal once headers are in: do it alone.
took my friend and i 6 hours for all 8 with the car off the ground...
i did it alone the other day in 26 minutes before work all 8 from above, not even exaggerating.
