Default Vacuum leak - what is this?

Trying to figure out what this would be called, I have circled where there is a pretty massive hole in the tube and it is collapsed, where does this go to and do I need like the entire tube or can I just buy that small section??

It just connects your PCV valve to the intake. Just go and but a little 2" peice of 3/8 hose at the auto parts store.
They deteriarate alot.

thanks fellas, went to O'Reilly's and got that hose, fit perfect, didn't charge me either(hell I spend enough money there, I think I totalled up my spending reports from O'Reilly's last year and it came out to close to 3 grand, yikes). My engine bay really isn't as dirty as it looks in that picture, it was almost midnight so it was pitch black and I guess it was the flash, or maybe i just don't pay attention.

its no big deal, its good to give a once over everyonce in awhile. clean the hoses off and just degrease it and get the dirt off things, ive learned somethings will wear out alot faster if there dirty and just have crap eating at them. might save you from that 3k bill
