Default Satin Finish FIKP

I removed the paint on my FIPK base...I like it..next I need to get some polished bolts...anyone got a good source?

I used to have the same K&N kit on my 98 Z28. The car was having some problems at the track so I data logged the next 1/8 mile pass. Inlet air tempature was 193 degrees!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I suggest you get rid of that system and get something else like I did.

My 98 now has the SLP kit and inlet air temp was 86 degrees the other nite.

Ace Hardware stores have a great selection of metric polished bolts. That's where I get all of mine. Comparitively low cost too.

Thanks....yeah..Steves engine bay is a thing of beauty....

I used aircraft paint remover....real bad stuff..only use it when you far far away from your ..just .put on rubber gloves...paint it on..scrape it off..then I took some 1500grit wet/dry paper and sanded it...
