Im sure this has popped up before..if i am right nitrous like a cam with more exhaust lift right??I would like to go with the hotcam kit for the price and its performance...and i am currently running 150 wet shot...will this set up work well?

Ive been told in the past that they work well together but im wondering this same thing as i have a hotcam in my car and am contemplating spraying.

Anyone else have any experience with the hotcam and N20?Silver02ws6 how do you like your Hotcam? Does it have a strong lope on idle?Thanks

The hotcam lopes pretty hard at idle and works REALLY good with the gas.

mine is like a hot cam(219/234 .560/.560 112) seems to work well when i can hook. i am going to try again with a different N20 system this summer and see how it goes.

pman - That is a pretty large split, I bet it would like the gas. How does it run NA?

I have Hotcam in my SS. I also run a NX 100 shot.

I run 12.4 @ 115.5 na. My only juiced run was a 11.96 @ 123.4.
On both runs my 60' was 2.2. As you can see car likes hotcam, and hotcam likes nitrous.

We have a 05 gto with the z06 cam in it and it loves the bottle. I have a brand new set of springs and retainers for a ls6 cam if your interested too. I'll sell cheap.

Thanks guys...sounds like a pretty good cam for nitrous...MeanGTO I will probably just get the entire hotcam kit through summit...thanks for the offer tho
