Default B/CS people....any good exhaust shops around here?

I was just wondering if anyone knew of any exhaust shops that are good at custom work......I need to get a section of my Lanes true duals cut and replaced.....due to someones *cough*JP* cough* custom "ground clearance mod" that and i was going to see if i could get them tucked up a little better, seeing as how there is like a good 3-4" easy from the top of the exhaust to the bottom of the floor haha.....

If you know of anything let me know....i usually get all my exhaust work done by a trusted shop back in Columbus but they aren't open on weekends and thats the only time i can make it to my hometown.

I know some people who have been satisfied with "the rusty muffler" but i dont have any first hand experience withthem. Did you get the metalshavingsintheoil mod fixed?

yah i finally figured out it was the little spring around the top of the valve stem seals. It broke on atleast 2 of them. I'm pretty happy though......its a lot easier to replace valve seals than rebuild a shortblock.

Come on up here i've got a little shop i can recommend to you. They only have a compression bender and their welds arn't pretty (strong though) but they're the cheapest place i've ever seen. They did my entire dynomouth (bullet in I pipe, completely new Y pipe, tips) for $100 even. They did my truck for $65!

That's just because he doesn't know you.

I was gonna say Rusty as well. There are other shops in town but I wouldn't send my worst enemy to them. They suck.

Do you know him well? If you do give me a freaking hookup! If not i guess i will just look around somemore . Times like this makes me wish i didnt have this exhaust. Of course......as soon as i start it up or have someone compliment on it all of that goes away!

Nah, he doesn't know me. He's done work for a friend of mine. From what I saw, he does great work.

I had exhaust work done at Bryan Muffler but I wasn't happy with the way it turned out. They can put mufflers on your average honda and pickup but they suck at custom work imo.
