No, they will not work. Lt1's are closer to the traditional SBC.

not sure what your saying? are you wanting to buy ls1 headers and put them on your car? or are you just talking about the cat back.

the headers wont work.

the exhaust will work, you will just have to modify it alittle where it meets the cat. cant remember if you need to add or remove some of the pipe.

if you buy the ls1 catback then you will need the S pipe that SLP produces... you can get it for like 60 bucks i think. As for the headers they won't work.

An LS1 Y-Pipe will not fit with LT1 Headers at the collectors. It's also a b-word to modify a Y-Pipe, as well. You're better off staying safe and getting an application-specific set-up.

i think he is referring the the LS1 catback. He states are the collectors in the same place, meaning he wants to bolt up an LS1 exhaust to the LT1 header collector.

i'm actually in this perdicament myself with my friends ls1 slp loudmouth off of his 99' camaro ss. it is shorter because of the length of the ls1 y-pipe, which is longer. I will have to put in a piece of pipe that is around 18" with a mandrel bend in it so it will mate up to the gutted lt1 cat/y-pipe/header system.
