Default Who is the original supplier of the Grott,QTPs,and Thunder Racing headers?

I found a set that is EXACTLY the same buy for only $550. Thats coated,3 year coating warrenty, lifetime warrenty on rust through, non-emissions headers.

I heard it was Tubular Automotive. Don't know for sure though.
I am not even sure if this Tubular is the same company that I know of.
I have purchased 3 sets of headers from Tubular Automotive, 248 Weymouth St., Rockland, Mass., (617) 878-9875.
If this is the same company, then I can tell you from dealing with them before that they do good work. If not, well then I know nothing...

Where did you come up with $550?
Headers and a crappy undersized Y for my 98 are $1500!!!
To think I thought FLP was stoned asking $1300 for a set of tubes...

Uhh, yeah, show me the $550 headers because I sure as hell don't see them on that site. They also don't offer a descent Y-pipe on that site. The cheapest header on that page is $720 and that's for NON-emissions headers and WITHOUT an install kit or Y-pipe.

The Y-pipe does have alot to be desired

Ive been emailing them and said he gets them from the SAME supplier the Roger Grott got them from. Also, he said that he doesnt make very much profit on the the auctions. Know what that means?!?! If he still makes profit on the same header at $560/ pair, then gues what the profit is when the others sell the for $800/ pair Thats along the line of $200-$300 profit.

He changed the price The "Buy It Now" was at $560 for the race headers. Now thats a rip off

ProvenPerformance appears to be a shop.

His prices look higher than our sponsors.

Usually trying to buy headers directly from a manufacturer costs more and the folks don't usually like phone orders since they like to spend their time in the shop making stuff. They will stuff like I'll sell you stuff at 'racer' price which is a code for 'guy calling me up.'
