Top Gear Review - Corvette ZO6 Download the torrent here - http://www.mininova.org/tor/310304 - it's the first review of the show.
As usual Clarkson is right on in his assesment and demonstrates what an amazing track car the ZO6 is whilst cracking jokes all the way. The Stig gets a phenomenal track time out of it as well.
Don't bother downloading it if you can't take lighthearted, tongue-in-cheek jokes about the US. Don't watch it if you can't stand any constructive criticism of GM cars. Don't watch it if you're offened at the ZO6 being described as the automotive equivalent of Robbie Williams.
Do watch it if you want to see if shifting the ZO6 out of fifth from a 0 - 160 is necessary. Which can go down the quarter mile faster, a ZO6 or burning gasoline? And can Clarkson find where the extra 100,000 quid Ferrari asks for a similar car goes?
Let the whining and bomb Britian comments begin!

Not too many people buy a Z06 as a DD. Mostly it's a weekend/holiday fun car. And there is no way in hell I'll take a normal vette over the Z06 just cause it's a little bumpy and the radio sucks..

**** that snobby british ***, he's just bloody pissed that the Zo6 OWNS those high priced euro faggy sports cars, at 1/3 the price. For the price it IS the best performance car in the world. The brits are still mad that we kicked their butts many years ago.......get over it, we rule,our cars rule, so go see a damn dentist w/ those busted *** crooked *** british teeth, also tell those british girls to shave thier arm pits and their legs...

i agree thats a cool video. But i think its an accurate assessment of the facts.
Facts such as many of the ferraris , porsches, etc... cost so much more is because they are so much more comfortable. For instance, i sat in a carrera S i think it was at a car show a while back, the entire interior was covered in suade and the ***** were all titanium. It was awesome.
And yea Leo ^ the 575 and the z06 are bad A cars. The both are sexy. If i had enough to buy a 575.. i'd buy .. umm 3 z06's haha
I dunno honestly that would be a tough decision.

Good video, spot on. And to the person that says our cars rule...recently they are doing pretty well. However, historically our cars cannot handle there way out of a wet paper bag, and do deserve the criticism of our allies with bad teeth. It seems that America is just starting to build proper sports cars. Very good episode. Thanks!!!

I thought it was a very decent review. The Brits just have different tastes in their cars than Americans and that's fine, it's a different world over there. I think the lap time and track experience speaks for itself about GM's progress.

Yes, I'm sure the ZO6 is ideally suited to the daily rigors of commuting with it's loud and hot interior, as well as it's rough ride. I'm also sure that to the people who buy them buy them as an only car.
I agree with Clarkson, I'd never buy one as my only car or to commute in.

The guy obviously likes the car. He's amazed while driving it...very obvious...again.
Him not liking the car would be like a guy getting a hum-job, from any girl, and then saying, "ah, it's okay". Any hum-job is a great hummer, IMO.
