Very cool, wish they had shown a view out the windshield though. You could make a vid like that sitting on a Dynojet.

good point.

im probably wrong here. but i think the 3 mile strip that they said they did it on would be pretty short, considering they'd also have to slow down for 195mph.

...and we know they dyno tested the cars. Wouldn't surprise me if the vid was done on the dyno. Camera isn't even shaking, and we know cameras shake even at 60 mph on a good tripod.

Motortrend seems pretty legit.

I think if it was on a dyno the speedo would go up alot quicker then what it did.

Motortrend and legit, are two words that don't go together...

Their Test numbers are never real life #'s IMO

It looks like a dyno start the way it jumps on the dyno, and then the speedo instantly pops to 15ish mph then accelerates. I'm betting it's fake as well. Traction control looks turned off too...not that it wouldn't be if it was real, but another indicator it could be on a dyno. It also states it was on a runway...runways are some rough *** surfaces.

idk if its legit or not either..only thing i can think of is it sounds like there's alot of wind noise..

its legit. you can hear the tires squeak a tad when he takes off. tires dont squeak on a dyno...

its legit the abs inop would be turned off if it was on dyno and not seeing front wheel speed.

and if u have ever driven a new z06, the whole time ur in the throttle the traction control is off because there is no help for ur *** lol ive driven a couple they are pretty nasty!!!
