You would just truncate the table to match your OS's
endpoints; they all have the same "axis ticks", just some
go further left/right than others. Pull that table into Excel
and you can select the frequency columns to match your
setup, copy & paste.
The table is one I got off the 'net some while back, it was
purported to be an '02 "ZL1" 6.0 truck, whatever that it.
I prefer it because it's fully populated with sane values
(some clip up top, or have nothing down low). That, and
all my trims are dead-nuts (single digit negative or zero)
with no fiddling.

Hey man I saw your post and just wanted to point out how easy MAF calibration is with EFI Live. I was in the same boat as you. Had an SLP MAF for years, after a few basic mods it made the car go lean. Put the stocker back on. Got EFI Live and a wideband and it is simple. I removed the resistor from the SLP Maf. Next, no excel, just set up the Map in the scanning tool, log data and bingo it will reveal the out of cal factors. Rescale the corresponding values in the tuning tool and shazam you have a MAF that works. EFI Live has everything covered from within it'self.
