What to do with '68? Let me hear your input.
As some of you have read in a few posts made by me and other members, my '68 is currently wrecked. The chassis/body guy came by last night to take a look at me and tell me what the deal is. The frame is definitely twisted. He says he can straighten the frame and fix the body perfectly for $5,000. That is getting it done properly with a repaint.
So here is where I am looking for opinions. I was planning to buy another vehicle and make it my daily driver, before the accident happened, and make the '68 my weekend car. That way I would have all the luxuries of a new car (power windows, power locks, AC, heat, etc.). Now I will only have enough money for 1 vehicle.
So should I fix the '68, put in AC/heat full interior? Or should I wait till next summer to fix the '68 and buy a new car now?
Thanks
Kyle

Whatever you do I'd say try to hold on to the '68. They are getting harder and harder to find and if you already spent a lot of time and effort on it try to save up to get it the way you want it again later on when you are able to.

I didn't figure you would...but hey..never hurt to ask.. you really sure fix it. regardless if you are going to drive it daily or not. Just remember it didn't come with power steering.. something I would want to have...but hey...im lazy
