o.k. at my point what should i do? I really don't want to have any unplanned down time. So what should i do?
I know a friend with less mods just had his oil pump go out. Is this something i should worry about.

Do routine oil changes, examine the spark plugs every now and then, if you have a lot of mods, keep an eye on the coolant, etc, all the basic's, I ususally do that when ever I go to the gas station, always checking the oil and other fluids.. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />

Re: preventive maintnence???
57k miles.
The coolant is good.
Also I have noticed that when i ran 5w-30 through it it was at like 30 at idle while with 10w-40 it is at like 45-50 so i have started only using the 10w-30 that mobile one uses. Also I use the pureone filter with the antidrainback valve. My AC is gone, that will be replaced before summer. anything else i should worry about?

How about brakes? Keep an eye on the pads so you don't wear out the rotors as quick.
Also change the fuel filter, and the diff fluid if you haven't yet.
I'm nuts about keeping up with fluid and filter changes...

It can't hurt to check belts/hoses. I always keep an eye on my tires as well, especially air pressure. My car pulls something fierce if one side has lower pressure and it decreases tread life.
