Might have found an fbody - 01 Camaro SS, photos Well, today I spent the entire day driving around the area looking for an fbody. I had previously seen an ad for a 99 Red SS Auto for 8k. I went to look at it, and it was a POS. The driver's side door couldn't be opened from the outside, It was hard top, it had cloth interior that had been smoked in for a good number of years, the interior had black paint on random stuff, the body was in horrible shape, and the motor had one hell of an oil leak. We had looked all day, and the only promising things we found were three black b4c's. I didn't like them. On the way back to my hometown I saw out of the corner of my eye a red camro. Turned out to be an 01 SS, T-tops, Tan leather, A4, bone stock, 42k miles. I drove it, and it felt new. It even smelled new. I'll know tomorrow if I'm going to be the new owner of an SS or not. Wish me luck! 
BTW, that is NOT what I'm getting the car for. After the trade in on my 95 stang, and a little haggling, its a very very decent price.

Yep, I had been checking for that WU8 all day. It definately had it. Car had 1 owner. I drove it for about and hour, and it was great. Nothing like my stang.
