My driver's side seat is in need of a new top and bottom cover. It's the "leather" that came on the Camaros. Cheapest I've been able to find online is around $400. Has anyone purchased new seat covers for cheaper?? Thanks!

Nope - you can still get them through GM, top and bottom sections, but last time i checked they were about 200/each my cost.

Fun times.

Has anyone checked on the rear bottoms? Would you have to replace everything or what?

Sheeesh....I guess I was hoping that they would be a bit cheaper. Mine are starting to look so shabby that I really don't think I'll have a choice but to pony up the $400 and get them......good thing its just the one seat.

I need new covers also except for both front seat's
where did you find them for $400???
The high cost of oem seat covers has me thinking about just putting synth leather aftermarket race seats in my car.

Has anyone found maybe a OEM looking seat cover with a better leather feel? I would pay for that.

On a ebay search a few weeks ago i found someone selling custom cover's out of the Synthetic neo leather or whatever they call it , And who ever made them even duplicated the factory stitch patterns from 98-02 they looked pretty good i almost bought them. but think they were $179

If you're gonna spend that much, just check out autoleathers.com, leatherseats.com, or katzkin.com and put together full custom leather seats instead.
Won't be much more money, probably around $750 or so for ALL the seats.
