Default Textralia 0Z700sb

Well i finally installed my clutch this week. Install was nice and simple, took a little longer than expected buy was my first time doing this.

The clutch only has about 100 miles on it but is performing nicley. Its very graby. I got the z grip friction disk so its a little more aggresive but i like that. The pedal starts out stiff but is getting softer with only 100 miles on it. I talked to Pete at Textralia and he told me to go ahead and start beating on the clutch, he said it would break in even more over the next couple 100 miles but if i wanted i could take it to the track. (that is not going to happen at the moment but if i had the opritunity i wouldnt hesitate) The clutch does have some chatter only when i let the rpm's drop to low taking off, Pete informed me that this would dissapear after a few hundred miles.

IMO what more could an enthusiast ask for from a clutch. Power handleing up to 700rwhp/rwtq, the best customer service in the industry, and virtually no break in period. Needless to say i am one happy customer.

I've got the OZ700 (just the single disc) and I'll be damned if I'm glad I decided to spend the bit of extra money on it. Great clutch, great customer service.

I've had the OZ700 in since late last year. It grabs great! It chatters some every once in a while, and makes noise when starting from a stop. Pete told me to try a 3rd gear start to clean it off. Now it requires this routine about every day. It is somewhat annoying to live with as a daily driver, but not all that bad considering how well it holds the power.
