Default LS1 FD Swap, 6.0L questions?

I recently picked up a 93 Montego Blue RX7. I hopefully will have the time and money this summer to build it. I have priced everything out from Hinson for the swap subframe, fuel and coolant systems, harness, and clutch hydrallics. That will be $3,500. I should have the funds for that soon. But my real question is I plan to do a flipped truck manifold single turbo setup in the next year or so. So I would like to use the iron block. I have seen plenty of 01-up 6.0L engine for around $1,400 shipped and then I would pick up a 6-speed for around $1,000. But if I run the truck engine it will have the different style intake manifold and the accesories mount different correct. If I get a normal LS1 intake it will bolt right up, but what else will I need and will I need to convert anything else. Thanks for the help

The jewel in those conversions is the low weight of the car (~2800lbs )
Do a 6.0 Alum swap ifyou're gonna go that route. The Iron block will be detrimental to the almost perfect 50/50 weight distribution of the RX

Unless you plan on making well over 650 hp stick to the aluminum block, especially in a RX7.

Ya I am thinking about doing a forged 347 with some LQ9 heads and a flipped truck manifold turbo setup for around 650whp.

But I will worry about all of that once I get the swap done. Thanks for the help
