Default 383 LT1/ T76GTS progress pics

after 3 years in the making, it's finally almost done. not as pretty as some of the others i've seen on here, but should be fun none the less. i think i've got all the supporting mods, but don't think i'm gonna stay w/ the 6 speed for long. tell me what you think.

I think it looks good. Stroker and turbo will make some killer power with a good tune.

the guy tuning it in college station seems to be very knowledgable, but it'll get tuned by someone local that knows FAST systems inside and out when i get it back to west texas. too much elevation difference to take a chance.

I think he has a white car, so the cold-side is painted white. The hot side looks good from what I can see. Nice coating.

yes, jordon musser is tuning and installing everything. he's already installed the dual intanks, 9", chromoly driveshaft, tubular a-arms, subframes, cage, and turbo piping. about all that is left is the tuning i believe. also, the i/c piping is coated in white. not sure what kind of coating is on the headers and crossover, but i'm not really digging the color. it'll probably be changed at a later date. i just can't wait to drive it again. it's a 96 w/ approx. 60k miles on it. motor and tranny are supposedly built to handle it so we'll see.

he's still got some pics on his website, fastblackcar.com. he's had the car for since december and built the kit from scratch. he tried and tried to talk me into the 88, but i decided i didn't need that to start off with. maybe some day down the road.
