Engine Quits on hard launch???
Been stripping out my car for race only and mods are in my sig. Getting use to my T-brake, I finally started launching hard, lifting both tires. The problem is, when I pull the front end the engine shutters and starts to shut done, when it is level on the track again, it recovers.
Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for the replys. Checked the battery and put fuel in it at the track.
Just wondering if there is something like a mercury switch that will shut things down if it senses extreme body roll.

There is a ground that is bolted to the back side of the Drivers side head. I know I said passenger before, Sorry.
If the bolt is loose the car wont run or will die intermittantly.

Well finally found it (little embarassed because I checked it once) on launching the battery tipped back (battery bracket was broken) and the positive terminal shorted against a metal bracket, causing the engine to stumble. Lucky as hell I did not fry my CPU!
Thanks for all the help on this and especially to Colongo_SS, I will check it closer next time.
Oh, the battery is being relocated to the back this weekend!
