Flowbenches can be tough to use and EASILY manipulated. Would be far more useful to you had you flowed them before and after on the same bench that way if it is just the bench and setup causing the low numbers that would be repeated and the gains would be evident. Who knows maybe a stock head on that bench with that setup would only flow 160 we don't know.
Bore size, inlet size/contour, exhaust pipe being there and length and diameter, valvejob all have signifigant impacts on flow numbers.

i found out the problem ......the tranny dyno was running in the nxet room and they are on the same circuit......i flowed them today and they flowed 225 at 500 lift with stock valves i am getting the 2.02 next week......the tranny dyno was pulling to much juice and the flow bench was weak

Shouldn't be so quick to throw the biggest vavle possible in there. A lot of the GOOD LT1 porters like 2.0/1.56, part of this I believe is compatability with stock seats but there is also the pesky little fact that it works damn well.
