i was at fox and hound last night at fuqua/45s. as i was leaving i see a badass black c5 on chrome z06 rims. so i ask him if he wants to run them for fun. he kind shrugs me off. so my friend (passenger) asks him again if he wants run them just for fun, no money. and this time he says no. so my friends asks him why would you buy such a badass car and not race it. so the guy get out of his car and says "call me when you can afford a vette". my friend then says "why would he buy a vette with the same ls1 in it?" the guy looked at my friend like he had no idea what we were talking about. he just kept saying call me when you have a vette, like it was the most expensive badd *** car around.

bottom line...no race

and im out

My car isnt the fastest car around but i get alot of those yuppy vette owners do the same thing. The only way i can get a vette owner to race usually they are one of the forums im on or they are heavily modded and know alittle somthing. I dont get people

i do the same thing kinda, i dont like street racing, and when asked to race i tell people that, and when they press the issue i tell them to call me when they lose a few people they know from it. and if they press it more i just walk away.

oh a vette owner will race......you just got to catch him when there is a hooker in the passenger seat....which is quite often. He'll race ya then.

Yep, its me...I traded the blue one in back in November for my 06...Much more fun car, the other one was automatic, this one a 6 spd!. Aww...cmon...You dont need no stinkin stall and cam!!!

well imo you should have at that point said well if i did have a vette i would have a new one. **** at my old high school all of the kids have upgraded to C6s.
