Titan head gaskets
what bore size are we to use with a 3.905 bore? all i have been able to find is 4.000 I use cometic 3.910 on my engine but i'm unable to get a .040 cometic for atleast a week and i se that titan has them in a .043 in a 4.000 bore

I've seen people use 4.125" gaskets on a 3.898" bore. It will lower compression a smidge, the bigger you go, but it's hardly noticiable in this instance.

I called last week to see which one of their gaskets was best for my setup, and the tech basically told me that my setup didn't need the type of gasket(s) that they sell. He steered me towards the stock MLS gaskets that GM sells. I thanked him for being honest and told him that he just talked himself out of a $200 sale. He just laughed and said that he'd rather not sell me something I didn't need, have it not work properly, and have his company get a bad reputation against their products. I was kind of shocked and pleased at the same time. Give them a call, you might save some money, I know I did.

Their shop is located in the same town that I live in. Thought it would be convenient to use their product. However I had the same experience as you, was told that their product is more for the guy who will be pulling heads frequently and not for the guys that just want to install and forget about em. Not very often you run across manufacturers willing to give up a sale.....for the right application they seem like great guys to deal with!
If I ever find the need for a gasket like they sell, I'll be sure to give them a call.
