New best and a couple vids
Got a new best at Milan Friday 30th on the Drag Radials.
60'-1.40
1/8- 5.57
mph- 131.18
1/4- 8.55
mph- 165.39
This should be the best pass from this setup. As long as W2W gets my new motor done in time. I'm more than happy with it but it is time for more. We'll be pulling it out within next couple weeks. I believe it would go 8.4? This pass was leaving at 4200rpm at 9psi. Picking the wheels up 6" and rolling out.
This pass was leaving at 4350rpm at 13.5psi.

4300rpm here at 12.5psi.

Cracked the oil pan.

Great vids, thats just an awesome looking car.
BTW, if you don't mind me asking, what suspension are you running? Front? Back?

Congrats, but sucks on the oil pan. Did that on nitrous and took out the entire engine - driving the pan into the crank and #1 piston . Oh well bigger and better now .
You guys still on stock suspension set up?
What's the new engine going to be?
As of now #1 and #2 turbo cars are down ??
Good luck on the new build. -- by the way your video is awesome. Limiters and wheelie bars are going to stay on my car watching your launches.

longrange4u, Thanks. Sounds like your new setup should make good power. Good luck. You say no 8's now just wait...
This is the second oil pan for this car. 1 for me and 1 for Steve. I'm going to add some bars to keep it from happening again. It didn't look like to bad of a crack. Should be able to have it welded up. I have a new one here already though.
100% stock style suspension. On the "new" car as well. All BMR pieces. QA1's fronts and rears. I'm going to leave the suspension alone and just slow down the boost ramp. It was over 20psi in .5 seconds. But it will be a new game with the new motor.
I'll only be down for this month to do the change over and a few other things. This motor will go back in if the new one isn't done in time. Next race is Aug. 4th.
New motor details are until we know if it is going to work. I'm doing some testing. Still LSx based though. If goes as planned should make 300+ of what I'm making now.

I'll be holding on to the old motor for a while till I know the new one is gonna work out. Then I will refresh and sell.

Caveman, Thanks. That should put me back up on top in points. Hopefully the new motor will keep me there. Not sure if it's worth anything. Just having fun.
