The cam specs for my ASA cam is 230/236 110 LSA with .570 lift. Take it for what it's worth.

The cam specs that I got from the shop that did the installation was in the range of .050/230-236 duration/110 LSA with a .570 lift. So, in my sig., I decided to go with 230/.570 lift and a 110 LSA. I asked for the paperwork on this cam but this is all that I got. I know that it isn't a small cam because I barely past smog. There is another guy who has this cam in a Camaro and put down about 399hp at the rear. Cam only car. So that is why he went with this cam in my car. Later
