Need a part number for the little plastic clip for the shift boot on 97 and up T-56 ! Thanks in advance!

The entire boot is # 17997785. Not aware of the "ring" being sold separately . . .

i had the same issue, went to a parts counter, and they said they only had the whole boot assembly.... i called up my wholesale guy and he was able to get me the ring, not sure the part # though, but he didnt have it in stock, and this was about half a year ago

Those things are impossible to find, theres a guy on here that makes metal ones, do a search.

PM Farmer2. He makes the metal ones, only costs about 18 bucks.
