Default Brad Lidge = Enron

We need to get rid of this guy quick. His stock is on it's way down and I don't see it letting up. Trade him before he is worth absolutely nothing.

Ensberg and Lane can go with him.

I wouldn't be upset if I never saw Brad "Head Case" Lidge, Preston "Punchout" Wilson, and Jason "Limp" Lane in an Astros uniform after the all-star break. I'm somewhat convinced that Ensberg is hurt and not telling anyone.

I agree with everything except Wilson. Wilson strikes out a lot and sometimes in crucial situations, but he has also got some real key hits this season.

So we could land Pettitte and Clemens. Id say that was more than worth it.

I don't think you can blame it on any particular guys....

It's just typical Astros - I don't think they care about games from the middle of May till about the end of July....then they bust *** to make the wildcard on the last regular season game and everyone thinks they're awesome....

Someone needs to convince them it's easier on everyone if they just win the freaking division outright

his head is hurt, anyone that has 4 different stances in one game is a headcase.

Instead of asking Phil, we need to find a book "Making trades made easy" and send that to Purpura.

Either that or start a petition to get Hunsicker back.

He probably is. And we might as well get ready for years of mediocrity after this year. Drayton is gonna go back to the Wal Mart brand of baseball. Get more for less.

Preston has been getting on base more of late, but we got him to be a power hitter. Eight home runs? I'm willing to bet Hunter Pence would have at least 8 home runs if the organization actually had the ***** to promote him.

I don't understand why Garner can't see that the Wheeler, Qualls, and Lidge combo isn't working this year. He has tried almost every move he can make with the lineup, but still goes back to this struggling threesome. I don't see how these guys are untouchable? Where is Neive?

i went to the game saturday and it's a good thing my brother and I were only drinking a beer ever odd inning till they close the stand's because i would thrown myself off the Mezzanen if i had one more.

no joke though, in the 5th inning a bird smacked the glass at the very top in center field and must have died on impact cause he went down WWI biplane style. in a slow spiraling motion into the vines in center and never came out. best moment of the day behind the Bigg homerun

Lidge sucks! Period! He's been a head case ever since last year's playoffs...

Endsberg? If he's hurt he needs to tell someone because he's hurting the team - BAD! What did he do the other night?? Strikeout 3 or 4 times????

Wilson is getting better IMHO....

Ausmus? Damn...on a terrible streak right now....

Definitely need another hitter....

I just hope we get hot after the break! NL Central is gonna be a tight race...
