Z28 vs 05/06 Hemi Charger S/C
wish I woulda had the camera but picked my car up from work as I just got back in town last night. Was leaving the base and a black S/C Charger R/T
came out, gave him the nod so we turned down another wider road and ran down each direction. We tried to get a light but both got stuck behind a car each. He said it was supercharge and I could hear it whining. Good thing his car weighed about 1K lbs more than mine or he probably would have wooped my butt.
It was fun, that thing sounded good too

Im at 3400, Im sure he would have pulled me top end but we only got to go to 4th gear. My car makes 325/340 90% stock and quite a bit lighter. I wish we could have run from the light through 5th but we got what we got

Must have been some sort of company vehicle/test car. I didnt think anyone had a supercharger kit for the new Hemi cars yet as you basically need a standalone engine management system since no one has cracked their PCMs yet. Then again I havent done a lot of reading lately, so maybe someone has?

Hotrod is my official "taking a ****" reading material. I thought I had seen a S/C kit for the new 6.1 Hemi.
I was going to scan the page, but I thought it would be alot easier of you just clicked this.
They advertise it in the back of the mag every month.

Interesting. I remember that awhile back on the jeepforums. Never would have thought they would actually make something then be able to tune it. SOme of the first articles I read about it they needed an aftermarket engine management system such as an Accel DFI unit.
Good kill nonetheless.
