I'm Proud of my little Z.
So, I went to the track today and while I wasn't in the 10 or the 11's but I did finally break into the 12's for the first time. I know people say stock people can make it into the 12's. Well, I don't care! :-D My times were 12.91 @ 119.4 and 12.88 @ 118.3. My 60' times were pretty consistantly 2.22-2.24 on street tires.

You just have to keep plucking away at it. I was running 12.6s when I first got my Procharger installed and eventually worked my way down to 11.9s. Then I added methanol and went 11.1-11.3 all day long at 130MPH.
You just gotta keep at it, its not something you just learn to do over night, especially with lots of power on street tires!

STS says that longs tubes cancel them selves out with a rear mount... They say it allows too much flow, when the turbos are there for restriction!!!

I have long tubes and while they may or not cancel themselves out, I've heard mixed reviews about them. I am thinking about wrapping them though to keep the heat in to see if that makes a difference.

I think the LT comments were more constructive than criticism. STS has done some testing along with a lot of member on here and like 67Firebird455 said, it seems that 01/02 manifolds coated (and possibly wrapped) work best with the sts kits. Obviously if your runnin LTs and makin the times you want then dont mess with success. Maybe consider getting them coated to keep the heat in. and consider swapping to a 2.5" ypipe if your running a 3" (or bigger) as it seems more restriction helps boost, mostly due to being around 5-8 psi.
If you really wanna see what that kit is made of start lookin for a 9" and a two step
